The Client Journey

Wherever you are in the process we can help

We understand the processes you have to go through when you have been accused of an offence and we are here to help every step of the way. Click on a step below to find out more.

Stage 3

Charged by the police

Dealing with all charges made against you

If you have been charged by the police, we work from the outset to deal directly with the police and the Procurator Fiscal: to persuade them not to bring a prosecution in the first place; or to discontinue / reduce the charges; or to impose alternatives to court prosecution.

We can help to lessen the charges being brought against you or even get them dropped altogether.  Whatever the charge(s) you are facing, we will support you throughout the entire process, and negotiate on your behalf using our expert legal knowledge to contest charges relating to all types of offence.

In all cases, we act immediately to secure and preserve evidence. That means, for example: obtaining witness evidence while someone’s memory is fresh; securing phone records and electronic evidence; carrying out a thorough examination of the alleged crime locus or crime scene; and getting photographic evidence straightaway.  Efficient organisation ensures that your position is defended from the start.

Call us now on 0800 328 0944 for expert legal representation in dealing with any charge(s) being brought against you by the police.
