Simon Hutchison

Simon has been a solicitor practising in Scotland since 1982. He has specialised in criminal defence work since 1988 when he returned to Falkirk after spending 4 years as working as a solicitor in litigation work in Glasgow. Simon is currently Dean of the Falkirk and District Faculty of Solicitors.

Simon’s expertise covers all areas of criminal defence law. He has acted for many clients in high-profile murder cases and defends client every day in courts across Scotland. His caseload includes domestic disputes, violence, thefts, all types of road traffic offence and many others. Simon prides himself in going the extra mile for any or all clients. Whether dealing with a case before it reaches court or defending in court, Simon’s focus is on getting the best result for clients every time.
